IL TRS Gemini - ER4011 error on upload

Getting a ER4011 error from the Gemini portal when uploading, indicating that an Active employee is Inactive.

 Inactive Batch job was run by reporting agency. Members set to an “Inactive” status in their legacy system were set to an “Inactive” status in Gemini.

Don't report until reporting agency has corrected.  Reporting agency anticipates completing correction by Dec 8, 2021.
