What is the correct permission setting that will allow a user access to the "View History" in Position Control

Employee does not have sufficient permissions to view history
The "View History" option will bring users to the Payroll Audit Inquiry program
To gain access to the audit option, the user must have menu security access to the program Payroll Audit Inquiry, established through a Role's Menu Security
The needed menu path is Payroll > Payroll Administration > Payroll Audit Inquiry
Without this menu security, users will not be able to access "View History"
