Description of Issue
When attempting to view the account detail page receive the error The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. []

Cause
The SQL query used to gather account details is assuming that a default ‘cycle’ is entered into Bill Run Setup, and at least one bill run has that cycle. That field is only used in Cycle Manager, and is optional, so the query shouldn’t be requiring it.
