FL Retirement Report to report by agency number



Description of Issue

How to adjust the report so that it reports for the correct agency number?

Cause

Program does not currently generate by agency number



Resolution

Install work ticket MUN-418363 (Master ticket) when released. 

Work around: 

  1. Select Period Records

  2. Search by Deduction Number

  3. Select Purge to delete records that are not needed in the report

  4. Select Back

  5. Select Define

  6. Select Accept

  7. Create the output file for just the records you need to report



Additional Information

Export/Import feature in the Period Records can be used to save files before Purging.
