Description of Issue

What is causing the following error?

cvd-type.3.1.3:  The value '0000' of element TX-ObjectCode' is not valid



Context

  • TX PEIMS Finance Records



Cause

Unmapped object codes in Code Translations



Resolution

  1. Select TX PEIMS Code Translations

  2. Select Search enter the Year, Table ID and code

  3. Select Accounts

  4. Select the Add/Delete arrows to move the Munis account to the Accounts defined for PEIMS

  5. Select TX PEIMS Finance Records and generate 20030 (030) records and create a new electronic file for submission



Additional Information

20030 (030) records can also be manually updated using the Mass Change and Mass Delete options in the Period Records.
