Scheduling priority defined on activity code does not default onto work orders created from service requests





Description of Issue

Work orders created from service requests are missing the priority code defined on the activity code

Resolution

Install MUN-428637 once it's been released

Workaround:  Manually enter the scheduling priority in Convert Service Requests if not auto-converting or the servicing department priority on the work order once the request has been converted
