How to disable Munis Quick Tips Pop ups

Description of Issue

Is there a way to disable the Quick Tips/Pop-ups that we are now seeing in some programs in Munis?

Context

Munis Version 2019.1 and higher

Cause

Quick Tips/Pop-ups were rolled out Tyler wide via Tyler U. These are part of the Help screen, which is online information interactive with Munis.

Resolution

Users will need to allow cookies to their site or add the following domains to their trusted sites in their browser and this should prevent the pop-ups from occurring.

Domain	Purpose of Domain	If Access is Blocked
*.walkme.com	Load the WalkMe product	WalkMe will not function
s3.walkmeusercontent.com	Images in WalkMe Solutions hosted by WalkMe’s AWS	Images in WalkMe Solutions that are hosted by WalkMe’s AWS will not appear
