Cause

User does not have correct level of access when assigned to groups of roles

Resolution
  1. Navigate to the ACFR dashboard: https://YOURPORTAL.tylerportico.com/acfr/dashboard/
  2. In the URL bar, replace the word “dashboard” with “roles” (e.g. https://YOURPORTAL.tylerportico.com/acfr/roles)
  3. Select Role members
  4. Select Add members
  5. Enter First Name, Last Name and Email Address
  6. Add member
