Find history for an account with no Account Inquiry History detail records

Description of Issue

In Account Inquiry when clicking on the History tab for an account, no header/summary amounts or journal detail records show for a certain year.

Resolution

  • In Account Inquiry, if you select the History tab and click the yellow detail folder and there are no journals for the year, there are no records to retrieve in Munis.  

  • The Load Historical Tables program will only have results for an account in a certain historical year if there is journal detail showing in Account Inquiry for that year.
