Search displays no records found message yet shows detail line of previous search

When user does not have any journals that are outstanding they receive a notice that there are no journals however there is still transaction listed

Specific steps are followed for this to occur:

1. Complete a search in general journal entry proof

2. Click accept to search all

3. Click back button

4. Select browse own journals (when you do not have any journals that are outstanding)

5. MUNIS displays a message 'no journals found' however lines from the previous search display
