Unable To See Conversion Box For Overtime and Comptime

Description of Issue

The timecard is showing overtime but the box to convert the hours to comptime is not displaying



Context

  • Overtime / Comptime Conversion



Cause

Supervisor was in Supervisor Actions → Time Approvals which does not display the convert box.



Resolution

In order to convert the hours from overtime to comptime:

  1. Navigate to Employee Actions → Timecard Inquiry

  2. The conversion box will be displayed and have the option to switch from overtime to comptime.
