Description of Issue
User creates a budget amendment in Accounting Entries
Budget Year Code defaults to 1 and cannot be modified

Budget Transfers and Amendments
Cause
Issue will be addressed by work ticket MUN-300765
Resolution
To select budget year code:
Install work ticket MUN-300765 from Tyler Deploy/MIU when available
or
Use Budget Transfers and Amendments program located here instead:
Financials > Budget Processing > Budget Transfers and Amendments
