Search by date in Insurance Premium Tables





Description of Issue

In my Deductions and Benefit Mater, we use the Insurance Premiums Table. Is there a way to hide the old ones as we have many.

Cause




Resolution

There is not an option to hide insurance premium tables, but a user may limit the search by Effective Date to narrow down the list of records.

  1. Access Deduction and Benefit Master (Payroll > Payroll Setup > Deduction and Benefit Master)

  2. Click Premium Table in the ribbon

  3. Click Search and enter Effective Date

    1. Enter 01/01/2021 to view tables effective on that date

    2. Enter 01/01/2020:01/01/2021 to view tables effective within the date range

    3. Enter >01/01/2020 to view tables that are effective after that date

    4. Enter <01/01/2020 to view tables that are effective prior to that date

  4. Click Accept
