Rounding Budget to Nearest Dollar in Central Budget Entry

When creating a budget projection, can you force Munis to the nearest dollar? 

• Munis 

• Financials 

• Budget 

• Central Budget Entry 

Line items for supplies and services need a percent increase and this results in many non-rounded budget figures.  

1. Navigate in Munis to Financials > Budget Processing > Central Budget Entry

2. Advanced find to narrow down on accounts that need a mass update within the projection 

3. Select Mass Update from ribbon

4. Select Budget Amounts 

5. Select round rule Standard Rounding 

6. Select rounding precision to the Nearest $

7. Select OK

• Operating/Capital budget detail cannot be rounded
