Employee Update showing red triangle in Payroll Start and Status





Description of Issue

Employee Update was running, then stopped and now it is showing a red triangle on that step in Payroll Start and Status.

Cause




Resolution
  1. Go to Global Audit Inquiry (Payroll>Payroll Administration>Global Audit Inquiry) 

  2. Search for the run and warrant. Click Accept. Click Browse. 

  3. Look for Employee Update Started line. If it shows it started, continue to step 4.

    1. If it does not show Employee Update Started, call Payroll Support.

  4. Go back to Payroll Start and Status and click into the Employee Update step. 

  5. Click the Restart option in the toolbar and let the Employee Update finish processing.

    1. If any errors occur or the Employee Update step is showing failed (Red circle with the line through it) call Payroll Support.
