Resolution

MUNIS > Financials > Budget Processing > Define Start Budget Projection

Click Add
Complete all necessary information for the budget projection
Click on Include Cash account option
Click Cash Account in the excel ribbon (this wont appear until the Include cash account option is checked)
Click on either AP Control Account or Define by Object and enter in the Object number
Click Accept
Click Accept

MUNIS > Financials > Budget Processing > Next Year Budget Entry

Add the cash account to the budget projection. Please follow this article How to add a new General Ledger account to an existing Budget Projection
