User is unable to enter an Expense Claim via ESS if the Claim has multiple Unit Expenses

User logged into ESS as an employee. Goes into the Expense Reports section, and clicks into Employee Expense Claims; attempts to add a new claim. If the claim has multiple unit expenses, the user is unable to Review or Save for later.

• The user can bypass this by entering the claim with one unit expense, saving it, then editing it for the additional expenses retroactively

• The user can still manually key Employee Expense Claims through Munis
