The Holiday Schedule is loading the incorrect amount of hours per day for the employees.

Cause
The schedule was getting created using a Schedule Override option.
Resolution
When creating the Holiday Schedule, only use the Schedule Override options if you want for the employee's daily scheduled hours to override the Hours Per Day you assign to the schedule.
