DIA Condition - Employees - Invalid GL Account Specified

Description of Issue

Need to clear DIA error prior to upgrade. The DIA condition is Employees - Invalid GL Account Specified

Context

Cause

Table Information:

The Employees table stores employee information (information in Employee Master program).

Data Condition Information:

The GL Account being referenced by this employee is not a valid GL Account. An existing GL account must be specified by Org, Object, and Project

Resolution

Open Employee Master and correct the GL account. Or set up an Employee Import to import the correct account.

Additional Information

This will need to be corrected for sites upgrading to v2022 or higher.
Sites upgrading to v2021 and lower may ignore this data condition.
There is not an auto correct option for this data condition.
The Data Set column on the DIA screen displays the proj number for the record. Proj 0 is live Employee Master. Proj 1 is Terminated Employee Master. Any proj between 101-200 or 1001-2000 are Projection Employee Master records in a Salary Projection. Can view other proj codes in document Proj Codes in Payroll
