Business Account locks caused by blwshdlr and citizen self service

Description of Issue

The Business Accounts program (blmaster) is being locked by Citizen Self Service. 

Citizens are not able to create bills online through CSS.

Cause

Citizen Self Service attempts to create the new business accounts. Due to an unknow error, CSS does not properly release the lock on the Business Accounts program.



Resolution

Please contact the Munis Community Development to have a support case opened on your behalf to remove the locks.
