Description of Issue
- Is there a way to exclude a non-cash pay from generating into Retro?
- Can certain pays or deductions be prevented from generating into Retroactive Pay Processing?

Cause
Resolution
- There is no current functionality to exclude a pay or deduction from generating into Retro entirely.Â
- The pay lines can be unchecked from the generate screen to prevent it from pulling into Retroactive Pay ProcessingÂ
- The pay will need to be edited to 0.00 amounts within Retro Edit Pay. Use How to edit a pay code amount for a retro pay check within Process Retroactive Pay
- An enhancement work ticket has been created to add a checkbox into Pay Master and Deduction and Benefit Master to exclude them from the Retroactive Pay Process.
