Error when trying to search or add in Account Master

Active Set Sort Order Definition includes duplicate or blank segments

Update the Active Set Sort Order Definition 

Munis > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Set Up/Chart of Accounts > Account Master 

1. Click Search

2. Click Sort By Segment 

3. Update the Active Set Sort Order dropdowns to remove any duplicate or blank segments

4. Click Accept
