Cause

Missing Account Histories prior year record for an account

Resolution

MUNIS > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Miscellaneous Set up > Load Historical Tables

Follow the instructions to Unload and Reload the prior year history for the effected account.

  1. General Ledger load historical tables - remove records

  2. General ledger load historical tables - load from Journal Hist
