Which workflow process code is utilized by Personnel Actions

• New Action Codes were just created, now workflow needs to be setup 

• Which workflow Process Codes are utilized by Personnel Actions? 

• Which types of workflow do we need to setup for Personnel Actions? 

• Munis

• Human Capital Management

• HCM 

• Personnel Actions

• Workflow 

Action Codes were recently added, but workflow has not yet been setup for these Action Codes 

1. Navigate to Munis > HCM > Human Resources > Personnel Actions > Action Codes

2. Perform a Search and Accept to review the Action Codes in question 

3. Determine the Category listed on the Action Codes in question, this is what drives workflow 

4. Access Munis > System Administration > Workflow Administration > Workflow Business Rules 

5. Use the Add button to create the necessary Workflow Business Rules

6. Use the appropriate Process Code based on the Category of the Action Code

• The following Category codes correspond to the following Process Codes

  • A - Attendance = PMD

  • B - Benefit Change = PMB

  • E - Evaluations = PMR

  • I - Injury/Illness = PMI

  • L - Leave = PML

  • N - New Hire = PMN

  • O - Other = PMO

  • R - Reinstatement = PME

  • S - Salary Change = PMS

  • T - Terminate = PMT

  • V - Civil Service Validation = PMV

  • Z - Training Course = PMZ
