Description of Issue

Issue date on license and in Munis is incorrect



Context

  • Business License Settings



Cause

Update Issue date setting is set incorrectly in the Business License Settings



Resolution

  1.  Property Revenues>Business Licenses>Setup>Business License Settings

  2.  Click the ADDITIONAL DEFAULTS tab

  3.  Click update

  4.  Choose an option from the License issue date drop down

    1.  Set once to the date the license was originally issued

    2. Update with the date of the most recent license print

  5.  Click Accept
