Cause

Using an unsupported/non-text only print driver



Resolution

  Update the printer to print text only

  1. Find the printer on your Munis server

  2. Right click the printer

  3. Select Printer Properties

  4. Select Generic/Text Only

This can also be resolved by updating your printer's driver to PCL5, which is designed to handle text-only data transmissions. The steps to update this will vary by printer.
