Invalid Job Class Error when adding Job Class within Position Control

I created a new position using Position Control and Munis will not let me add a valid job class to it.

• Munis

• Position Control

• Job Class Master

When creating a Position Control record, the Job Class being used must have the Position Control option flagged on the Job Class Master record. Flagging this option will allow the Position Control record to be added successfully.

1. Go into Job Class Master (Payroll>Payroll Setup>Job Class Master)

2. Search for the Job Class.

3. Click Update. Check the checkbox for Position Control. 

4. Click Accept. 

This check box will have to be checked manually with each Position Control record, as there is not an option to make it default to checked.
