Users are receiving errors when trying to create Budget sub rollup codes:

Error: Unknown error. Cannot add BudgetSubRollup.

• Although the error refreshing the saved state of this item failed occurs, the Budget Sub Rollup Code is actually saved. 

• The new sub rollup code will not be visible in Chart Manager, but can be found and used in Account Master.

• The Cannot add BudgetSubRollup error is due to the code already saving.

• Work ticket MUN-432405 is open to address issus saving sub-rollup codes.
