How to add a new budget rollup code

Chart Manager

Site would like to start utilizing Budget Rollups for either grouping reports, budget preparation, budget validation or a combination of those options

Version 11.3:

1. 1. Browse General Ledger Menu > Miscellaneous Set Up > Budget Rollups
   2. Add
   3. Define required fields Budget Code, Description and then select all needed options
   4. Accept

Versions 2019.1 and higher:

1. 1. Browse General Ledger Menu > Set Up/Chart of Accounts > Chart Manager
   2. Select ROLLUP CODE tab
   3. Add Rollup Code hyperlink option on the upper left side of screen
   4. Define required fields Budget Code, Description and then select all needed options
   5. Save button on lower right hand side of screen
