The Import as interface selection prompts Enterprise ERP to follow Interface specific workflow on the journal being imported, this workflow is available on GLJ business rules within the Journal Type dropdown.
To remove access to the Import as interface setting, follow the steps for updating a Role impacts all users assigned to the Role
1. Browse to Enterprise ERP > System Administration > Security > Roles
2. Search for the role you'd like to adjust
3. General Ledger
4. Update
5. Uncheck Import journals as interface
6. Accept
