Site would like to audit usage or changes to the Budget Override Password.

EERP does not track password changes, but can assist in determining whether the password has been deleted by support in the past.

EERP does not track or audit who used the override budget password.

Journal Inquiry/Print can be used to search for transactions in a range then exported to excel and filtered by Over Budget Field = Y to find all transactions where amounts went over budget. Users who do not have GL role permission override budget amount would have had to enter the override password.
