Workflow Approver defined on multiple steps - approve all steps at once

If an approver is defined on multiple steps of same approval process can they approve all pending action at once? 

• Workflow Business Rules

• Pending Actions

• Approvals & Approvers

• Workflow Business Rules trigger a pending action for each rule step where the defined rule criteria is met

• Workflow pending actions start at the lowest step and do not trigger next step until prior is completed

  • As they have not all been technically triggered yet, no way to approve all at once

There is no option to approve all pending actions for single transaction for same approver, this leaves site with two options:

• User will need to approve each pending action as they are triggered to continue to next step in approval process

• Munis Admin can define Workflow Business Rule steps so the user is only assigned to a single step that when triggered provides a single pending action for approval

There is no option in Munis for approver to approve all pending actions they are assigned to on an example transaction
