Account Trial Balance Report - Not displaying active account

Account Trial Balance can select but does not display an active account

Account Trial Balance (ATB) or Trial Balance (TB)

Report Options

Report Option Omit zero balance accounts is filtering out account with all zero balances for defined year/period range

Remove report option Omit zero balance accounts and attempt to output again

Contact Munis Financial General Ledger Support if issue remains

If the Account still cannot be selected the issue would be permissions and data access
