Processed roll factor for budget- Central Budget Entry is not updating current level

• Projection levels were not updated in Central Budget Entry after the budget level was rolled in Roll/Factor/Merge Projection.

• The Roll/Factor/Merge Projection process was completed, but projection didn't update to the higher level in Central Budget Entry.

Central Budget Entry

The Roll/Factor/Merge Projection  just moves the amounts and will not update the access level.

• Update Current access level in the Define/Start Budget Projection program.

• The access level in Define/Start Budget Projection determines which level can be accessed and edited in Central Budget Entry. 

Financials > Budget Processing > Define/Start Budget Projection 

1. Click Search for the Projection number

2. Accept

3. Click Update

4. Select appropriate level in Current access level

5. Accept

6. Re-open Central Budget Entry to reflect the change
