Description of Issue

Pay Code is not available in drop down list when creating a salaried policy 

Pay Code is missing from drop down list when creating a salary policy



Context

  • ExecuTime version 2020+

    • System Admin

    • Policies & Rules Engine

    • Salaried Policy



Cause

The missing pay code is not flagged to allow clock in clock out transactions



Resolution

Log into ExecuTime as admin > System Admin > Master File Management > Pay Codes scroll to find the pay code needed click the pencil icon to edit > scroll to the Additional Settings section check the box next to the Allow for Clock In/Out Transaction
