Why are the monthly employee reporting with the wrong payroll dates?

Payroll Labels option was selected for Employee Dates Option, but Payroll Labels had not been defined. 

Either Generate with the Employee Dates from Payroll option selected for Employee Dates Option, or populate the Payroll Labels with the dates that should be used for Weekly, Biweekly, Semimonthly and Monthly employees.
