Description of Issue

Unable to print a W-2C.



Context

  • Munis

  • W-2c Processing

  • Print W-2C Forms

  • Tyler Forms



Cause

  • On Print W-2c Forms print screen, user did not select correct W-2c Type option

  • On Print W-2c Forms print screen, user did not select correct W2-C Form option

  • When selecting Print, user did not select correct printer



Resolution

  1.  Generally, the W-2c Type will be Typical (NOT to correct EIN, Tax Year or State ID)

  2.  For Tyler Forms clients, the W2-C Form option should be TYLXML - TYLER FORMS W2C

  3.  User must select the W-2c Form printer.



Additional Information

Each year, the W-2c Form printer must be setup and configured on the Tyler Forms / Munis server.
