RBAC - Roles report

Is there a report that will show what access each role has?

• RBAC - Role Based Access Control

• Enterprise ERP

Informational

1. Access Roles (System Administration > Security > Roles)

2. Click Search > Accept

3. Click PDF

4. Check boxes for Role detail, Role permissions, Role data access

5. Click OK

• Can narrow the Search as needed, for instance can search all Roles set to Enabled

• Can select Assigned users to view the users attached to the Role

• Can select from Product / Module drop down to see permissions for specific modules
