Extending or decreasing session checkout time in the TCM HTML Viewer

When the TCM HTML Viewer is opened from Munis, the time that a user has within the TCM HTML Viewer will eventually expire. Depending on a site's needs, they may want to extend or decrease that time.

The default checkout time for the TCM HTML Viewer is 30 minutes. After this time expires, a message will pop up letting the user know that the session has timed out.

1. Log into the TCM Full Client as the admin user. If you need assistance accessing the TCM Full Client, please refer to How to Access and Launch the TCM Full Client.
2. Click on Administration.
3. Click on System Setup.
4. Click on TCM Configuration.
5. Enter the amount of minutes you would like the checkout time to be in the Number of minutes before security token expires field. As mentioned above, this is typically set to 30 minutes by default.
