    • Ex: Effective date is 1/1/2020, Reference 1 field would be BGT: 2020

  • Ref 2 is always blank

  • Ref 3 is the package number that was posted

    • Ex: If the package number was 2020, Reference 3 field would be PKG: 2020

  • Ref 4 is the Journal Description from the Project Budget Package Posting program
