Unpaid Actual amounts are not included in the Act/Enc/Req column calculation.

The Act/Enc/Req column of the Excel Export through Project Central will not always match the total of the Actuals, Encumbrances and Requisitions columns. The Actuals column in the export will include unpaid actuals whereas the Act/Enc/Req column will not. If there are unpaid actuals tied to the project, these calculations will not match.

Unpaid actuals can be seen through the Project Inquiry program by searching for the Project Code and using the Cash Balances tab or by selecting the individual project in Project Central and viewing the Pending Invoices amount.
