Pick Ticket Requisition converted different month updating Project Ledger incorrectly

Pick ticket requisitions entered in one month then converted in another month do not update Project Ledger monthly amounts correctly

When a pick ticket requisition is created in one month, then converted into a pick ticket in another month, one the pick ticket is issued.

The project string monthly amount updates the incorrect month.

2. Support will tie to known work ticket if relevant open with development MUN-242213
3. There is no known work around for this issue.
