Error: Unexpected change tender encountered during process

Miscellaneous Cash Import failed

Cause

Importing negative amounts with Payment Method 2 returns error in Miscellaneous Cash Import



Resolution

Work ticket MUN-421534 has been created to address the issue occurring. The work ticket is currently being reviewed by Development.


Current workaround is to enter the negative receipts directly in Payment Entry and remove the negative lines from the import file
