What report can be run to show Actual budget for project strings? 

Project Budget Report

The Project Budget Report is project specific and will show the Original Budget, Transfers/Amendments, Actuals, Encumbrances and Available budget for projects.

Go to: Financials > General Ledger Menu > Project Accounting > Project Ledger> Project Reports > Project Budget Report
