GCR Journals do not display in Bank Reconciliation Manager - 'Multiple deposits per batch' flag is off

One or more GCR Journals are not displaying in the Bank Reconciliation Manager program.

The 'Create Items' process has been run.

This is a known issue, in which GCR Journals do not properly display if the 'Multiple deposits per batch' setting is turned off in Bank Reconciliation Settings.

This issue can also occur if the 'Multiple deposits per batch' setting was off at the time the GCR Journal was posted, but the setting is currently turned on.

Work ticket MUN-326210 has been created to address this issue.

A workaround that can be used in the meantime is to reverse this journal, and recreate it as a General (GEN) Journal Entry.
