Description of Issue
In Grant Master or Grant Manager when using the SEFA Export option, amounts are all zero in the SEFA Amounts column.

Cause
Revenue allocation has not been run.
Resolution
Transactions need to have been processed and allocated to show SEFA amounts. If there are posted transactions, the revenue allocation program needs to be run.
