Hours missing from Reporting in ExecuTime





Description of Issue

Reporting options in ExecuTime are available and run but do not have data populated



Context

Cause

There are 2 Scheduled System Jobs that may not be active; Capture Skipped Timecard, and Capture Timecard Job



Resolution

Activate the following Scheduled System Jobs

For Skipped Timecard:

System Admin > Scheduled System Jobs

  1. Uncheck Active Only checkbox

  2. Click pencil icon to edit Capture Skipped Timecard 

  3. Check Active checkbox

  4. Click Accept

For Capture Timecard: 

System Admin > Scheduled System Jobs

  1. Check Active Only checkbox

  2. Click pencil icon to edit Capture Timecard Job

  3. Check Active checkbox 

  4. Click Accept



Additional Information

The data may take a couple of days to fully populate the reports.
