How to display GL and PL accounts in ESS

How do I make project account numbers available in ESS?

1. Go to Location Codes. (Human Resources/Payroll>Payroll>Payroll Setup>Location Codes)

2. Search for the location. Click Accept.

3. Click on Project Rollups in the Menu.

4. Click Add. Define Rollup Code and Description. Hit TAB and add necessary Project Accounts. Click Accept. 

5. Do steps 4 and 5 to create the needed number of Rollup Codes for all Locations. Click Return.

6. Click on the ESS Options Tab. Click Update.

7. Click the ellipses (...) next to ESS Time Entry PL to select the Rollup Code.

8. Check the PL Account checkbox. Click Accept. 

If you have GL Rollup Codes to create and assign to Location Codes, do the same process as above except choose the GL Rollups and check the GL Account checkbox.
