Scheduled Hours not updating on additional pays with FTE change





Description of Issue

When Duplicating the base pay in Employee Job/Salary for an FTE change, the Scheduled hours did not update on additional Pay codes



Context

Cause

Updating or Duplicating a base pay's Scheduled Hours will not update the linked additional pay code's Scheduled Hours. 



Resolution
  1. Go to Employee Job Salary. (Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Job/Salary)

  2. Click Search. Define employee number and click Accept. 

  3. Navigate to additional Pay codes that need the Scheduled hours updated. Click Update.

  4. TAB to Scheduled Hours field and define Scheduled Hours.

  5. Click Accept.
