ExecuTime error in Time off Request





Description of Issue

One employee is getting an error when clicking the Add button in Time off Request in ExecuTime.

Sorry, but you have no benefit time setup of left. Contact your supervisor

Cause

The employee did not have any current Employee Job/Salary records in Munis. All pays were end dated the previous month.



Resolution

The pay codes in Employee Job/Salary need to have a current effective date in order to be used in ExecuTime.

  1. Go to Employee Job/Salary in Munis (Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Job/Salary).

  2. Search for the employee. Click Update and adjust the end date on the necessary pay code. Click Accept.

    1. Correct all applicable pay codes
